On to the lesson!
SEO tip: Build a custom report in GA4 to diagnose leaks in your organic traffic funnel.
Go to the Explore > Funnel exploration.

This isn’t just for conversions, like adding to the cart or checking out. You can do a full funnel, all the way back to the traffic source that came in.
You really don’t need to mess with the default settings at all.
It tells you:
How many first-time visitors come in from organic search
How many sessions they start
How many screens they view until they purchase
This report shows you how organic search traffic is funneling through your site.
You can update the settings – for example, instead of tracking purchases, you could enter a certain event you want to track.
You can see how many people make it through each step, and get a pretty good idea as to how many people go from each place to the other. This makes it easy to diagnose leaks in your funnel – see what’s working and what’s not.
All in all, the funnel exploration report is a great way to understand how search fits into the big picture of your organization.
